Would recommend for a short stint
Spacious room, comfortable bed, the room was spotlessly clean with super comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious with a fabulous full Welsh option that was included.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel was clean with magnificent and picturesque location in the beautiful garden and airy rooms. The stuff - hospitable and knowledgeable. Well presented food, exceptional service. Location just next door to the restaurant, Coast, alley.

The breakfast was a real letdown. It was freezing in the room, the juice tasted watered down, and the staff seemed more focused on cleaning than serving. I felt uncomfortable with them hovering while I tried to eat.

Restfull, excellent food and service. Easy access for city or sightseeing.
A small lounge area within the hotel building would be welcomed.

The hotel was fairly clean with friendly efficient staff from service during breakfast. The room was nicely furnished and well-appointed with tea coffee, stayed here for 3 nights. The location was comfortable and easy for me, close to Newport...

We stayed for two nights while exploring the area, and our experience was good. The room was spacious and spotless, providing all the comforts we needed. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home. The desserts were unbelievable, and the bar staff were accommodating even during a busy wedding event. The ambiance was charming, making our getaway nice.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

first class staff in all departments nothing to much trouble. rooms were also fantastic especially room with wet room suitable for disabled. would like to mention Sue the waitress she even recognised us from our last visit and is worth visiting just to meet her as she is the icing on the cake as far as service is concerned. We will be stopping again and again.

The room featured a comfortable bed that made my nights restful. the hot tub was a stellar highlight, offering a perfect way to unwind after a long day.
One minor drawback was the occasional noise from nearby rooms, which slightly disrupted the overall ambiance. this did not significantly detract from my enjoyable experience.

The room was extremely well appointed and decorated to a standard which was comparable to that of a boutique hotel. Excellent cooked breakfast.
Very poor sound insulation between floors - we heard every movement in the room above. Incomplete information from staff meant we missed breakfast on our second day. Also, a private party in the bar one night left us feeling like gatecrashers as there was nowhere else for residents to obtain a drink nor, other than returning to the room, for us to sit and relax for the evening. Had we been informed in advance of this, we would not have made the booking.

Comfortable well furnished room that was light and airy. Good Pub food and convenient location with ample car parking.
Below average breakfast service. The hotel rooms are in a separate block to main building.

I recently stayed for one night and enjoyed the lovely cozy atmosphere, the spacious twin room with a comfortable bed, and the delicious dinner that was served promptly. The dessert in the restaurant was also a standout, and I couldn't fault the food at all. I'd definitely come back here again!
